Southwest Ice Arena

Rat Hockey gives players the opportunity to play a pick up game or simply work on their skills in an unstructured, unsupervised, non-stress environment. All sessions require full hockey equipment. Rat Hockey is held at Southwest Ice Arena. 

Rat hockey, or open hockey, is offered: 
Monday through Friday
11:30pm to 3:00pm.

Admission is $6 per hour.

Helmets are required.
Goalies in full equipment skate free.

Please Note: A rat hockey session begins once three paying skaters are present, or three admissions have been paid.

Public skating/rat hockey coupons are available in booklets of 10 for $50 (a 17% discount). Booklets are available for purchase at the SIA office during regular business hours.
